Microsoft's EvoDiff Protein Generation Model Published in eLife
The final version of EvoDiff, from Microsoft Research and collaborators, was published in eLife. The model combines evolutionary-scale data with diffusion models for controllable protein sequence generation and can scaffold structural motifs directly in sequence space.
