OpenAI demos WebMCP for human-agent UI collaboration

OpenAI's new blog post highlights WebMCP, a protocol for agents and humans to collaborate on UIs (e.g., co-editing notebook cells). Unlike MCPs or APIs, WebMCP is exposed directly through the browser. The post also discusses a new kind of notebook and the tradeoffs involved.
