The SIMBIOCHEM workshop at NeurIPS 2026 has extended its submission deadline to September 4 (AoE). The workshop focuses on machine learning for simulation in biology and chemistry, aiming to integrate scalable ML with rigorous physical simulation. Topics of interest include physically-grounded architectures, differentiable simulation, next-generation learned potentials, data efficiency, foundation models, and agentic ML. Submissions of non-archival short papers (5-8 pages) and abstracts are accepted.
