BlobatarKit: Native SwiftUI implementation of Blobatar library

A developer released BlobatarKit, a native SwiftUI and AppKit port of the Blobatar UI library. It renders using native Swift Paths without WebView, JS runtime, or SVG parser dependencies. The library supports deterministic character generation from strings, requires Swift 6.2 and macOS 14/iOS 17, and provides APIs for custom hue, size, animation modes, and expressions.
