Startup Icosa released Zeno, a free agentic AI tool running entirely on Mac (similar to Claude Cowork). It prioritizes privacy and has no usage fees. It ships with a 4-bit quantized Qwen2.5-35B-A3B. Since the full model doesn't fit in 16GB unified memory, they built an offloading system to make it work. The post includes comparison benchmarks and seeks community feedback.
