OpenAI Introduces WebMCP for Browser-Based Agent-Human Collaboration

OpenAI released a blog post detailing WebMCP, a new protocol designed for agent-human collaboration directly within the browser UI (e.g., co-editing notebook cells), distinct from standard MCPs or APIs.
