Signadot Enables Second-Scale PR Preview Environments

A new walkthrough showcases using Signadot for the "outer loop" in CI/CD. Every PR gets its own preview environment with a live link. By forking only the changed service and routing others to real instances, combined with copy-on-write database branches, environments spin up in seconds at the cost of about one pod. Everything deletes automatically when the PR closes.
