A user noticed a new 5-hour usage limit on ChatGPT Plus, separate from the weekly limit. Since this rolling cap is hit before the weekly allowance, the remaining weekly quota becomes irrelevant. The limit applies to Codex, Work, Workspace Agents, and ChatGPT for Excel, while regular chats are exempt.
