London robotaxi rollout delayed as regulators buffer launch
nordicinst · x · 2026-08-26

While Uber and Wayve received the first minicab licenses with safety drivers, Transport for London (TfL) has not yet published the guidance companies must follow for approval. Regulators stated they are "not in a rush" to release the guidelines as significant work remains behind the scenes.
