China Feihe deploys 436 AI agents, saving 144k tons of water annually

China Feihe partnered with Volcano Engine to build a unified AI application base using the HiAgent platform, deploying 436 agents across equipment maintenance, process optimization, and personnel management. The AITPM system reduced equipment recovery time from 104 to 47 hours. In membrane separation processes, the agent saved 144,000 tons of water annually and reduced equipment loss by 3 million RMB. Personnel management processes were streamlined by 66%. Feihe drives adoption through its 2026 AI Innovation Contest, empowering frontline employees to participate in development and turning AI into a replicable organizational capability.
