AgencyCli is a lightweight CLI tool for building and operating teams of self-managing AI agents. Users define the org chart—teams, roles, projects, and skills—in Markdown+YAML. Agents autonomously assemble context, pick up tasks, and execute on a heartbeat schedule. Key features include the ability for agents to hire, message, and coordinate with each other. It works with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, and more.
