Skild AI unveils S1: learns 10-minute tasks from a single video, no fine-tuning

Skild AI has announced S1, a robot foundation model built around one-shot learning: from a single video prompt and without any fine-tuning, S1 can perform novel tasks up to 10 minutes long via in-context learning.
Robots previously needed roughly 100 hours of training data per new task; S1 compresses that to watching one demonstration, generalizing to tasks it was never trained on, operating in real time.
