CBRS 3D DRAM Wafer Estimated at 1TB Raw Capacity
BenBajarin · x · 2026-08-26
Back-of-the-envelope calculations suggest the CBRS CS-6 3D DRAM wafer holds about 1TB of DRAM raw capacity. After accounting for redundancy, usable capacity is estimated at 700-800GB. For comparison, a similar wafer of top-tier SRAM would hold about 240GB.
