OpenAI desktop app adds WebMCP support, enabling Codex to deploy apps to Sites

OpenAI announced WebMCP support in the ChatGPT desktop app's built-in browser and ChatGPT Sites. When visiting compatible sites, ChatGPT or Codex can automatically use them to complete tasks. Users can ask Codex to create and deploy WebMCP-enabled apps directly to Sites after updating.
