ChatGPT Desktop App Browser to Support WebMCP

OpenAI is adding WebMCP support to the ChatGPT desktop app's built-in browser and ChatGPT Sites. When visiting compatible sites, ChatGPT or Codex can automatically use tools to complete tasks.
