Ghostty 1.4 cuts memory ~10x for visible windows, ~450x for hidden ones

Ghostty creator Mitchell Hashimoto says the upcoming 1.4 release kills the memory-usage memes: 10x less memory for a visible window, 450x lower for a non-visible window, now very reasonable vs other terminals with 10 tabs.

Two big wins: scrollback compression (charts exclude scrollback, so real results are more dramatic), and freeing nearly all GPU resources when a window is fully occluded or minimized — major savings on large screens given triple-buffering. Dozens of incremental 1% wins throughout the cycle, with more coming.
