Certus AI Partners with OpenTable to Automate Restaurant Phone Reservations

Certus AI has partnered with OpenTable, the world's largest reservation platform, to automate phone orders. Despite handling 2 billion seats annually across 65,000+ restaurants, OpenTable still loses billions in revenue due to missed phone calls. Certus AI will now answer every call, take reservations, and sync them directly into the OpenTable network.
