Jetstream accelerator achieves 300–800× speedups on DuckDB

Researchers released Jetstream, a new database accelerator approach inspired by Tailwind/BRAD. It generates and runs UDFs/UDAs directly inside the database with full update support. Benchmarks on DuckDB show 300–800× speedups on TPC-H, nearly 10× faster than GenDB/Bespoke.
