Veteran engineer: AI-written storage code gets basic S3 semantics wrong

@kellabyte flags classic distributed-systems bugs in Walgit: tests pass only because its memstore handles conditional deletes, but on S3 it does HEAD->compare->DELETE, letting a stale lease owner delete a newer lease. The code even wrongly claims S3 lacks conditional deletes. "Which AI model wrote this? It's wrong in basics."
