Seeking design system recommendations for agent-assisted CSS styling

The author is developing a raw HTML+CSS web app with the help of agents. However, the agents non-stop add custom font sizes, line heights, hover states, etc. The author wants to replace all of that and is asking the community for their favorite 'design system' setup for this specific use case.
