Despite a profit slump, Xiaomi is doubling down on proprietary chips. It unveiled the flagship Xring O3 3nm AI processor, debuting in September in the Xiaomi 18 Fold. It also introduced the 6nm O100 accelerator for its MiMo LLM and the 3nm D100 for autonomous driving, aiming to lead in China's self-developed SoC sector.
