ByteDance, Tencent Get ~10K H200s Each; China Capped at 50% of US Sales

Thread part 1: ByteDance and Tencent each received 10,000 H200s this month, the first real shipments since Washington's December approval — seemingly a China reopening in a market once worth a fifth of Nvidia's data-center revenue. But the approval caps H200 shipments to China at 50% of Nvidia's US domestic sales, so current volumes remain well inside a tight ceiling.
