Nvidia Resumes China Chip Sales as ByteDance and Tencent Each Receive ~10,000 H200s

Nvidia delivered roughly 10,000 H200 chips each to ByteDance and Tencent, the first shipments since Washington approved sales in December. Despite a strong August including $500B in infrastructure financing, China sales remain capped at half of US volumes.
