Developer releases four open-source, offline AI image and model tools

A student developer released four local-first, open-source tools: Latent Library for browsing and searching AI images with metadata parsing; Latent Tools for dataset prep including watermark removal and captioning; Latent Model Organizer for sorting models by architecture; and Metadata Viewer. All tools are fully offline with no telemetry.
