Hugging Face has improved the CLI experience in the latest Diffusers release, making it "agent-optimized."

- Inspect Call Signatures: Check pipeline call signatures linked to a repo on the Hub WITHOUT downloading weights.
- Flexible Execution: Run pipelines locally or using HF Jobs.
- Manage Agent Skills: Manage various Diffusers skills for agents.
Goal: A good CLI should help agents consume fewer tokens, optimizing costs across the board. These updates also allow users to easily create MCP servers based on Diffusers.
