The commoditization discourse misses that most white-collar hours aren't automatable yet

Pushing back on the "models are getting commoditized" narrative, the author argues the larger frame is that only a small share of white-collar labor hours can currently be automated. So sure, what today's models are useful for may be commoditized — but there is dramatically more economic value ahead, and whoever maintains a capability lead will capture the actual long-term market.
