If AI handles execution, where will juniors learn judgment?

The sharper concern: judgment is built through execution. Junior analysts learn by building spreadsheets; junior devs learn architecture by writing lots of code. If AI removes that execution layer, where does expertise come from? The consequence may be fewer jobs plus a fundamentally different path to developing them.
