Claude Code Launches Remote Control for Cross-Device Sessions
daniel_mac8 · x · 2026-08-24
Anthropic released the 'Remote Control' feature for Claude Code. It allows users to continue a local Claude Code session from their phone, tablet, or any browser. The feature connects the web interface or mobile app to a session running on the user's machine. Code execution and filesystem access remain local, while conversations, sub-agent progress, and dynamic workflows stay synced across devices. Users can also send images and files from mobile devices.
