GTSAM version 4.3 is introducing an experimental CUDA backend developed by Ruogu Li for GPU-accelerated nonlinear factor-graph optimization. The backend focuses on Structure from Motion (SFM) and Bundle Adjustment tasks, leveraging custom CUDA kernels and libraries like cuDSS for performance gains.
