According to the Financial Times, data from payments group Ramp shows that spending on Anthropic's flagship model Fable 5 has plateaued at just 11% of total tool outlay over two months post-release. Meanwhile, OpenAI's annualized revenue jumped 35% in the current quarter, signaling a regaining of ground. Analysts attribute this shift to OpenAI's superior new model performance and Fable's underperformance.
