HarnessRouter released the first unified interface for agent harnesses under the Apache 2.0 license. The project standardizes the infrastructure layer including sandboxes, sessions, permissions, and tools. The Router integrates Codex, Claude Code, Hermes, and DeepSeek Harness via a single Docker container, keeping data local. It also introduces the Unified Harness Protocol (UHP) open standard.
