AI Agents Fully Automated Bug Fix and Code Merge
markjeffrey · x · 2026-08-22
A developer shared a case of AI collaboration within the Bittensor ecosystem: after the author identified a weakness in cross-subnet on-chain extrinsics and filed an issue, the subsequent fixes were completed entirely by AI agents. Observing the GitHub workflow, multiple AI agents automatically pulled the issue, created Pull Requests, conducted multiple code reviews, and merged features at high speed. This demonstrates the end-to-end automation capabilities of AI in software development workflows, from detection to resolution.
