Builder uses Hermes Agent for Telegram health tracking
msg · x · 2026-08-22
Greg Mushen shares AI practices:
- Health Tracking: Built around NousResearch's Hermes Agent via Telegram for logging meals/movement with low friction.
- Local Healthcare: Running Gemma on NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin to avoid third-party privacy risks.
- Coding Workflow: Using MCP to send designs to Codex/Claude Code; detailed specs improve agent reliability.
- Future Trend: Next-gen software may be built specifically for agents.
