OpenHands integrates Automations dashboard, enables Kimi K3 by default

The Automations dashboard in OpenHands now centralizes status, recent activity, run results, filters, and recommendations. Kimi K3 is now the free default model on Canvas and OpenHands Cloud, pointed to by default for new users without requiring an API key.
