OpenHands introduces conversation Overview panel and Automations dashboard

OpenHands released a new conversation Overview panel that keeps workspace details, changes, resources, skills, MCP, secrets, PRs, and issues close to the chat. Commits and uncommitted changes now share one view. Additionally, the new Automations dashboard centralizes status, recent activity, run results, filters, and recommendations.
