MuseCPEval: a multi-facet framework for measuring context preservation in music editing

UCSD's McAuley Lab released MuseCPEval, a multi-facet framework for evaluating music editing systems. Rather than judging only the edit itself, it uses tailored metrics to measure whether unchanged musical attributes are preserved during editing, offering a new benchmark for systematic evaluation of music editing models.
