Claude Code plugin: Rewrites output into plain English via local LLM

This is a Claude Code plugin named claudish-to-english designed to improve the readability of Claude Code.
Core Features:
- Uses a local LLM (via ollama by default) or Anthropic/OpenAI APIs to rewrite Claude's assistant messages into plain English in real-time.
- Display-only: Claude's original reasoning and saved transcripts remain unchanged; only the screen display is modified.
- Multi-language: Follows the message's language or Claude's language setting.
- Markdown Rewrite: Optional hook to rewrite Markdown files into plain language upon writing/editing (off by default).
Design Philosophy: Fail-safe design—any failures (API timeouts, missing keys) simply show the original text without swallowing or corrupting the answer.
