To solve agent framework fragmentation, the author built A2A Adapter (to turn existing agents into interoperable ones) and Hybro (an engine to coordinate them). This allows agents from different frameworks like LangGraph or Claude Code to collaborate, leveraging their specific strengths rather than replacing each other.
