Flagship Labs introduced LightFold to address the limitation of current co-folding models that only reason over small protein fractions. LightFold operates at the scale where biological function actually emerges, capable of predicting complexes with 16,384 residues on a single GPU and modeling the E. coli 70S ribosome in just 36 seconds.
