Hermes Integrates NVIDIA SkillEvaluator for Pre-Install Security Scans

Hermes Agent now integrates NVIDIA's SkillEvaluator to scan third-party skills before installation. It checks for PII, leaked secrets, Unicode smuggling, licensing, and security issues, displaying findings with file and line numbers. The advisory scan is warn-only and does not block installs, complementing the existing policy enforcer.
