Hermes Integrates NVIDIA SkillEvaluator for Skill Security Scanning

Hermes Agent now integrates NVIDIA's open-source SkillEvaluator to scan third-party skills before installation, checking for PII leaks, secret exposure, Unicode spoofing, and licensing issues. The scan flagged and fixed 11 of Hermes' bundled skills.
