Cloudflare now runs CI/CD pipelines directly on Artifacts repos

Per Cloudflare's changelog, CI/CD pipelines can now run directly on Artifacts repositories, triggering Workflows to build, test and deploy to Workers automatically on every push. The poster is soliciting user feedback and feature requests.
