An indie developer whose product is growing well and seeing strong numbers shares his next move: the product itself stays ultra-horizontal, but he'll switch the sales pitch to a completely new vertical every week to see what sticks.
The plan is to validate vertical by vertical, win each segment, then expand from a beachhead. He also wants to test B2B to decide the company's route.
