Unitree Robotics unveiled a new humanoid robot capable of a 2-meter vertical jump and a top speed of 12.66 meters per second (approx. 45.6km/h), surpassing human records in both metrics. The robot was developed in just over three months with legs only 0.85 meters long. Unitree stated it has produced around 18,000 bipedal humanoid robots to date. Analysts view these extreme performance tests as stress tests to verify the limits of hardware-software coordination.
