Thread part 3: TrueForge runs on your own infrastructure — Docker Compose for a single machine, Kubernetes for production scale, with a local web UI on top. Everything self-hosts today except sandboxed code execution, which currently runs through Daytona with a self-hosted option planned. You bring your own model keys, your own MCP servers, and your own SKILL.md files.
