Open source tool exports chat history to MD to preserve context across models

The author released an open-source tool to solve the frustration of repeatedly explaining context when switching between AI chats or models. It condenses entire conversations into a single Markdown file that can be carried across different AI tools to maintain context. Community contributions and feedback are welcomed.
