NeurIPS 2026 Education Track Calls for Proposals to Teach Emerging AI Concepts
NeurIPSConf · x · 2026-08-19
NeurIPS officially invites AI science communicators to submit proposals to its 2026 Education Track: teach an emerging technical concept that has underpinned many top-tier papers in the past year—new architectures, training/alignment techniques, evaluation or reasoning methods—think the 2026 equivalents of the Transformer, the reparameterisation trick, or LLM judges. You needn't be the concept's original author, just explain it with real clarity. Accepted proposals require original teaching materials (notebooks, demos, or short videos) and will be presented at a full-day primer in Sydney on Dec 7, 2026, before the main conference; all materials will be open-sourced afterward.
