Agent Amnesia? Fix the Harness, Not the Model

The author found their agent lost track of tasks between sessions, which switching models didn't fix. The solution was decoupling three underlying components: tracking done actions, pre-loading context, and validating outputs. Separating generation from grading significantly reduced flakiness. The author is now experimenting with packaging this harness logic as versioned shared components to simplify maintenance across multiple repositories.
