How to sync AI memory and settings across tools and devices?

As users adopt multiple LLM platforms and agents daily, syncing configurations (skills, plugins, MCP) and persistent memory across devices (e.g., desktop and laptop) has become a challenge. The author seeks a single source of truth to seamlessly continue tasks on different platforms, currently relying on a custom sync tool.
