Workflow automation platform Relay.app is shutting down: free users can use it until August 15, 2026, paying customers until September 14, 2026, after which all accounts and data will be permanently deleted. New signups and free-to-paid upgrades were turned off starting July 16.
Paying customers' subscriptions were auto-cancelled effective July 16 with no further charges; annual customers get automatic prorated refunds within 5 business days. Workspaces also receive an extra 25,000 steps and 10,000 AI credits per month for 60 days to ease the transition. Data export is available now.
The poster quipped: "Final workflow status: founder successfully routed back to Google Chrome."
